Reconstructed impact protection system re-engineered into a Voitech® body unit.
Original Alpinestars knee pad modules are extracted from their base and reconfigured into a suspended, exoskeletal harness—retaining their engineered curvature, ventilation matrices, and impact-diffusion geometry.
The structure is stabilised through an adjustable strap network, allowing the rigid shell components to float against the body while maintaining tension and positional accuracy.
Perforated polymer grids and moulded protective plates are preserved as primary visual surfaces, transforming functional safety architecture into an exposed, breathable chassis.
Branded insignia remains embedded within the armour, reframed as authentic performance data within the system.
