    CONCEPT

    The Cryo Backpack is a modular containment system built with the visual language of cryogenic transport canisters and expedition-grade equipment. Designed as an exoskeletal roll-top pack, it merges expedition functionality with Voitech®’s dystopic hardware identity. The Cryo serves as a vessel — protective, oversized, and intentionally mechanical — engineered for both urban deployment and extreme environments.

    ENGINEERING

    Constructed from industrial-grade waterproof PVC with a welded seam architecture, the Cryo Backpack forms a rigid, weatherproof chamber capable of resisting heavy rainfall, impact, and abrasion. The roll-top closure seals via a double-clip locking mechanism, creating an airtight fold to secure internal contents.

    A front-mounted elastic shock-lacing system provides external stow capability, while dual expandable side pockets offer equipment-level storage. The integrated aluminium carabiner anchor on the lower front panel acts as both a functional clip point and an iconic Voitech® hardware signature. Adjustable padded straps and a ventilated back panel ensure ergonomic wear despite the reinforced structure.
